New regulations in the field of microbiological plant protection products

Amended specific criteria for the approval of the MBCAs (Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council), uniform principles (Commission Regulation (EU) No. 546/2011) and data requirements (Commission Regulation (EU) No 283/2013 and 284/2013) according to the Commission the new rules will be applicable from November 2022.
