In accordance with Article 45 of Regulation 1107/2009/EC, the NEVEX Institute carries out the modification of plant protection product authorizations on behalf of its clients. During the authorization modification process, Hungary can act as the evaluating Member State (zRMS), the concerned Member State (cMS), or the mutual recognition (MR) can be applied.

In each case, the experts of NEVEX Institute must take into account those chapters that are relevant to the modification.
