A cooperation agreement between the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) and NEVEX Institute Kft. was signed in Budapest. This makes it possible to start joint work during the evaluation process of the plant protection product, with the involvement of renowned experts in the field.

The signatories, dr. Márton Oravecz, the president of Nébih, and István Gergely, the CEO of NEVEX Institute Kft., emphasized that the agreement helps farmers to obtain the most latest, modern, environmentally less harmfull and effective crop protection products faster.

The cooperation can provide a precise, reliable answer to the increasingly dynamically changing and stricter plant protection challenges caused by EU regulations. In terms of its structure (PPP – Public Private Partnership), it is unique in the region. The impartiality, independence and transparency of the external organization performing the assessment is ensured by accreditation according to the ISO standard.

Both parties see the partnership agreement as a long-term and forward-looking result, because it enables the registration process to be accelerated by outsourcing the evaluation of the dossier.
